Not long ago a friend of mine Debbie approached me about XM3.  Now I tried most every trick... I still have a lifetime membership at Jenny Craig.. but honestly... how many times can you eat and eat foods filled with preservatives?  I like my home cooking! :)  After all I learned from the best my Grandma and my Mom lol.

So I looked into XM3, it had all healthy ingredients, so of course I had to try... and I am so glad I did!!!!!

The following is not a cut and paste of someone else's experience with the product. This is my own personal testimonial.

The very first day I took XM3 I wasn't very smart lol... I took it with my Pepsi, and with XM3 similar to 2 cups of coffee boy did I get the jitters!  Dumb me lol. I was a little smarter the 2nd day and had it with water! :)

• I am no longer digging in the frig every hour, seemed like I was always needed something to chew on.  I am no longer craving food in between meals!
• My nasty pepsi habit has cut down to 2 cans... and if you knew my pepsi addiction you'd understand.  I have tried quitting pepsi so many times in the past.  But always go back to it.  To cut back to 2 cans because I don't WANT anymore is an accomplishment on its own!
• I am feeling more satisfied on less food.
• I haven't really changed my diet, but then again we eat pretty good here, lots of whole foods, home cooking, very little processed foods and rarely do we eat fast food.  ... As you can see the weight is coming off, even with very little changes to my usual routine.

Since the first Capsule I took, I have seen a daily weight drop and I am tracking it on Calorie Count.  I will be cutting pasting those results here so you can see the success I have been experiencing and the excitement!

As you can see I had hit another plateau, which during weight loss you'll hit many of those... don't give up, once you hit that plateau do a little extra, remember your body hasn't been below that weight for some time. :) Drink extra water, eat an extra salad, cut back on the calories, you'll get over the hump and move one.

Sooo... I had to try the Smart Drink finally.  I suffer from chronic Migraine headaches that last 3-4 days on average and the ONLY other natural product that got rid of them was Himalayan Goji juice which you can no longer buy that one formula, once they changed their formula it no longer worked for me.. so I went back on the hunt.
